Judicare is working with the Alexandra House on a project to provide coordinated and effective response to victims of domestic violence.  This partnership has resulted in many victims obtaining court orders that provide the protection and child support needed to maintain a life independent from their abusers.

In recent years the immigrant and refugee population in Anoka County has expanded significantly.  Immigrants and refugees have critical legal problems relating to immigration and citizenship in addition to their housing, disability and consumer related legal problems.  In order to provide a full range of legal services, Judicare has partnered with the Immigration Law Project of Minneapolis Legal Aid to help immigrants and refugees in the legal system.
